The Queen went out for a ride on one of her favourite Fell ponies this month and photos have appeared all over my social media. After looking at these photos, all I can say is the queen is much braver than me. I don’t think I could ever go hacking without a riding hat!
It is lovely to see that at the age of 89, she is still able to get out on her favourite horses for a wander down the river. I hope I will still be riding in my 80’s even if I only do the occasional hack!
