Calling Past Wood Farm Stud Workers!

Scottie with his whiskers

If you work, or know people working in the thoroughbred breeding industry, this post is aimed specifically at you!

This is a bit of a reach, as these photos may not exist, but I am trying to get hold of some photos of Scottie as a foal. Scottie was born at Wood Farm Stud. I have contacted the stud, however since Scottie was born it has changed ownership.Β Therefore, I am trying to find people who may have been working there during this breeding season who may have a photo of him lying around somewhere I might be able to see.

Scottie (aka Highland Rain) was born April 2008. He was a chestnut colt out of Sir Harry Lewis and Scottish Clover. He had no white legs, but a blaze and snip on his face. A photo of him below, and all over this blog!

Please share this with anyone you think might have any information and they can contact me using the Contact Us page.

If any photos appear I will share them with you as I’m sure Scottie would have been an adorable foal.
