In case you missed my exciting news yesterday afternoon, EquiPepper will be at Badminton Horse Trials this year! No, we aren’t competing. But I do have a media pass, so I can hopefully bring you something very new for EquiPepper! I’ve never been to Badminton before, so I am really looking forward to it.
I plan on building on my coverage from last years Badminton where I followed all the ex racehorses competing. I am going to start researching any ex racehorses which are competing this week so that I am ready when I get there.
Ideally I would like to bring you a daily post about the competition so far, the leaders and where the ex racehorses are in the rankings. But I have decided to camp while I’m there (to save some money) so it will depend on how much I can get done in the media centre. My laptop is on its last legs so it needs to be connected to a power source if I want it to work and in my press information the said that internet connections may be limited. So you might need to wait until I’m home Sunday night for all my updates!
Anyone who has been to these big horsey events will know that phone signal is often limited. But there will be an EE mast so I will try to keep you updated while I’m there. Either way, if you don’t hear from me while I am there, I will have plenty of updates for you when I get back!
While I’m there I also plan on having a good look around all the trade stands and see as much of the action as possible. If you see me please do come over and say hello!
