Last month I received two new Heat Rub thermals to review for Zerofit. In my review of Heat Rub Move I talked about the brand new technology Heat Rub uses to not only keep you warm but also warms you up. So Iβm not going to talk too much about the technology in this review. Instead, let’s move on the Heat Rub Ultimate.
Heat Rub Ultimate
The Heat Rub Ultimate is your thicker type of thermal, giving you twice as much warmth as a jumper. But its light design allows much more movement, making it perfect for working and exercising outdoors.
Unlike the Move, the Heat Rub Ultimate comes in three colours (red, black and white) as well as coming in 4 different sizes.
The Verdict
Since reviewing the Heat Rub Move, I have actually been given a seasonal asthma diagnosis, which I think means I now have to make sure I keep my chest warm and covered in the cooler weather. And, despite the weather now warming up again, we have had some really chilly mornings to put this thermal base layer to the test.
If you read the Heat Rub Move review, you will already know I love this base layer. It is fantastic in the cooler weather at the yard. Even on the really cold days I have been plenty warm in just the base layer or with a waterproof over the top.
Since Scottie has been off games recently, I havenβt had a chance to put it through itβs ridden paces. But it has been worn for yard jobs, dog walks and just as a jumper all day!
Quality Convert!
While both these thermals are probably a bit more pricey than I would have looked at in the past (Β£50) I have been truly converted! The warmth they provide is in a different league to cheap thermals I have used in the past. These thermals are certainly worth the money!
