There is an unwritten rule when you fall off - you There is an unwritten rule when you fall off - you're either going to the hospital or you are getting back on. This sounds quite harsh but really its the perfect thing to say. If you don't get straight back on, you are giving fears and doubts about the fall time to fester. Getting back on and doing whatever it is you were doing when you fell off will help keep the doubts away. #equestrianbloggers #blogger #horseblogger #equineblogger

I think equestrians are quite lucky in that most, I think equestrians are quite lucky in that most, if not all our sports, our success and improvement doesn't have to be based on placings. Dressage you can come last but get your highest score ever or first with your lowest. Show jumping and eventing you can judge your performance based on your faults and times. Yes a lot of us want to win and do well. But focusing too much on the placings and not what you have actually achieved can not only give you negative experiences but stop you improving. #equestrianbloggers #blogger #horseblogger #equineblogger #horseowner #horserider #horseriding #horseshow #horsesofinstagram #thoroughbred #thoroughbredsofinstagram #exracehorse #exracehorsesofinstagram #ottb #ottbofinstagram #chestnuthorse #chestnutgelding #chestnutthoroughbred #inspoquote
