Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you signed up to our email newsletters or (ii) you added your horse to the ex racehorse database and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. However you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time.
If you signed up for the Email Newsletter, you can expect a weekly email with content from EquiPepper.com and our social media platforms. There may also be the occasional extra email for an offer or update.
If you added your horse to the ex racehorse database you may be contacted via email if (i) there is an update to the database you may be interested in or (ii) there has been interest in the horse you added.

While we aim to never have to share your data with anyone, there are cases where we may have to share your personal data with other parties to make improvements to the website or for legal reasons. These parties are set out below:
